Kenzie is hands down the best coordinator you’ll find. From beginning to end she went above and beyond for us on our big day and surpassed all expectations. Her attention to detail, organization, and knowledge sets her apart from the rest. She even helped us find a last-minute vendor day of after a freak accident. She is organized, professional, prepared for anything, and will listen to exactly what you need or want. Not to mention she is such a wonderful and nice human! Kenzie decorated our entire outdoor ceremony location, and walked around our whole venue making sure every detail was perfect. The best part is that no one from the wedding was in charge of doing that which allowed us to just be together the whole day. She was there to meet all of our vendors and direct them, and even played weather man as we got rain and hail before our ceremony. You will not regret booking her!

I found her randomly on Facebook and booked her for day-of coordination and she absolutely crushed it. My crew was rowdy (to say the least) and it didn't phase her at all. She made sure everyone was on time, paying attention, in their proper places and most importantly she still made it fun for us all. I didn't have to lift a finger on my big day and anything that came up that was stressful she handled so I didn't know about it until after the wedding. We decided to hire a day of coordinator about halfway through planning and it was worth every single penny. Specifically, we decided to hire Kenzie after I found her on Instagram and immediately fell in love with her style, personality, and genuine care for her clients. Her and I connected immediately, and I knew she was the one we wanted for our wedding. Her and I would text back and forth on things throughout planning, but we really didn't ramp up until about week of. She absolutely crushed the flow of our wedding on rehearsal day and day of. Our day would not have been the same without Kenzie. She was amazing. She made an effort to attend all vendor meetings with us to make sure everyone was on the same page. She helped coordinate the rehearsal and made sure everything was about us and what we wanted. The day of she was a life saver! She immediately arrived and started getting to work on decorating with us. She knew our style and matched it completely. She has the ability to see your vision and make it come to life. She did a lot of behind the scenes work throughout the wedding. Our DJ was not great and she made sure he stayed in line and did his job. Whenever I needed something I would quickly glance around the venue and Kenzie was there, ready for whatever I needed. Towards the end she took care of all clean up and putting stuff into cars. There was basically nothing left for our families to clean up at the end of the night. I HIGHLY recommend her, she was made for wedding coordination!!

When I found out she was supposed to give birth at the end of the month, I wondered if the extent of coordinating our mountain wedding would be too much. Where to even start? I was recommended Kenzie Kerr by our amazing photographer and I am so thankful that we followed her advice. From the beginning, Kenzie was accessible and easy to talk to. She was also willing to support our crazy dream of throwing a huge welcome gathering the night before the wedding, as well as not hiring a florist for either event. Kenzie worked seamlessly with our other vendors (and family members) and was a source of love and light during a very special weekend. I cannot imagine the weekend without her being present.

I was very against hiring a coordinator but caved after realizing how much work weddings are! And I am so glad I did, Kenzie came through above and beyond my expectations wedding day. She set up and took down decor, assembled the bridesmaid bouquets, herded around our guests, coordinated our marriage license signing, made sure the boys were on time (they were watching football) and so so much more!

As a type-A bride I can honestly say I was relaxed and present in the moment on my wedding day thanks to Kenzie. The service was invaluable and we couldn’t have had such a smooth and successful event without her!

I have to be honest, I was a little annoyed that our venue required a day-of coordinator because I’m an event professional myself, and felt like I didn’t need the help (controlling, much!?) But here I am, so very humbled and grateful we hired Kenzie to be there to support us on our special day. Not only did she make our vision come to life with all her setup and execution, she made it even better and more beautiful than I could have dreamed up myself!

She kept us informed and on schedule throughout the day and was our teammate in every decision. What I appreciated beyond words was that she made sure our vendors were fed and taken care of and all on the same page with one another. Kenzie really became the head coach to an amazing team, instilling confidence and ease. She literally removed all of the stress and anxiety from the day and there is absolutely no way I could have pulled off the wedding without her.

Kenzie is such a bright light in this world. You can truly tell that the work she does is a passion of hers.
